Terms of Use

By creating an account or using examone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of examone constitutes acceptance of any changes.

examone is a study platform designed for nursing students. It provides tools including AI-powered flashcard generation, practice tests, clinical rotation tracking, grade monitoring, and study guides. Some features may require a paid subscription.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use examone. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 13. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

To access most features, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@examone.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to use examone to: • Share, sell, or distribute access to your account • Scrape, copy, or reproduce content for commercial use without permission • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Violate any applicable laws or regulations We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All content provided by examone — including practice questions, flashcard templates, study guides, and UI elements — is owned by examone, Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Content you create within examone (your personal flashcards, notes, etc.) remains your property. You grant examone a limited license to store and display that content in order to provide the service.

If you connect your Canvas LMS account, you authorize examone to access your course, assignment, and grade data for the purpose of syncing it to your dashboard. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access. You can revoke this access at any time from your Settings page.

Some features of examone require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact support@examone.app within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.

examone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is medically accurate or complete. examone is a study aid and is not a substitute for professional medical or clinical judgment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, examone, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to examone at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
