This Refund Policy explains when a paid course purchase on the NurseBestie marketplace can be refunded. It applies to paid course purchases made through NurseBestie and forms part of our Terms of Use. Every refund request is reviewed by a person. A refund is never issued automatically. This policy describes our standard refund criteria. It does not replace any right you have under applicable consumer law — see Section 6.
